The property has a drive way (ca 75m long), with gates (at the main road, as well as a gate on the parking to prevent children / dogs to leave your private garden, also the parking is as such private and closed.
The village Lignières is situated at ca 4km distance from Les Concrets. You will find there a super market Carrefour, as well as 5 restaurants were you can enjoy your meals versus economical prices.

The Gîte has a surface of 130m2, renovated in the old style. The swimming pool is at 4m distance from the front door of the Gîte. Upstairs are two bed rooms and in between a space with another double bed. The number of people that can sleep in the Gîte is 4-6 persons.
